To-Do List
Now is your chance to plan for today — and the future. Check out this to-do list, and when the time comes, enroll by the deadline so you can get the most out of what Aramids offers to you and your family.
Remember: Unless you experience a qualifying life event, you can’t change your benefit elections again until the next Annual Enrollment period in fall 2026.
Get ready
Find all the information you need to choose your 2026 benefit on this website, starting with Benefits Blueprint. You can also review the Benefits Guide.
Things to consider when getting ready include:
- Are you enrolled in the best health plans for you and your family?
- Are you taking advantage of tax-advantaged accounts?
- Do you have an appropriate amount of life and accidental death insurance?
- What voluntary benefits will you need in 2026?
If you can’t find answers to your benefits questions here, reach out to our benefits partners.
Think about Retirement
You’re able to start and stop your Retirement Savings Plan contribution at any time throughout the year. But, while you’re looking over your other benefits, visit the Mercer website to make sure you’re contributing at least 6% of your eligible pay. That’s how you’ll get the full Aramids matching contribution.
Confirm beneficiaries
In the event of a serious injury or death, it’s important that your beneficiaries are up to date so your benefits can be paid out according to your wishes. Make sure to designate beneficiaries for your Retirement Savings Plan on the Mercer website – and Employee Life Insurance and Accidental Death Insurance when you enroll in your other benefits.
Enroll
When you’re ready to enroll, you have two options:
- Enroll online by visiting Aramids benefits enrollment website. The deadline to act online is 11:59 p.m. ET on December 5.

If you don’t enroll by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 5, here’s what will happen:
- Your 2025 medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death insurance, and your voluntary benefits elections as well as your covered dependents will carry over into 2025.
- Your 2025 Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution will carry over into 2026 if you’re enrolled in the Core or Premium Saver medical plan options.
- Your 2025 elections for the Health Care and Dependent Daycare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) will not carry over into 2026.
- You will miss the opportunity to participate in the Vacation Purchase Program for 2026.
