My Health
Medical and Prescription Drug
The Core and Premium Saver options are both high-deductible health plans that come with a Health Savings Account (HSA). The Traditional Copay PPO option is a preferred provider prganization (PPO) plan that doesn’t come with an HSA.
The Premium Saver option has the lowest premiums of the three plans, but a higher deductible. The Core option has a lower deductible than the Premium Saver option, but higher paycheck premiums. The Traditional Copay PPO option has a low deductible and copays, and the same premiums as the Core option.

Dental
Aramids offers two dental plans through MetLife to keep you grinning, smirking, and smiling in style. Both plans cover preventive care — two teeth cleanings, two exams, and one set of bitewing X-rays — at 100% each year. While both plans also share the same deductible, they differ in their maximum annual benefit limits and orthodontia coverage.
Here is a comparison of the features of your two DuPont dental coverage options.
Vision
Aramids vision coverage is provided by VBA. To receive the highest level of coverage through your vision plan, you should use an in-network provided through VBA network. While you can also use a non-VBA provider, you’ll have to pay more in out-of-pocket expenses.

Supplemental Healthcare Benefits
Aramids offers supplemental healthcare benefits through MetLife to offset the cost of healthcare by providing cash payments to you in the event of a hospital stay, critical illness, or major accident. All benefits-eligible employees can enroll in supplemental healthcare benefits during their enrollment window.
- Hospital Indemnity Insurance: Choose from two plan options — the basic option and the enhanced option — to cover yourself, your spouse/domestic partner, and your child(ren). Both plans provide the following benefits for hospitalization due to accidents and sicknesses: hospital stays, intensive care unit stays, inpatient rehab unit stays, and newborn nursery care. Reimbursement amounts vary, depending on which plan you’re enrolled in.
- Accident Insurance: Choose from two coverage options — the basic option and the enhanced option — to cover yourself, your spouse/domestic partner, and your child(ren). Both options provide benefits for injuries associated with accidents, such as fractures and dislocations, broken teeth, concussions, cuts or lacerations, and more.
- Critical Illness Insurance: Choose from two coverage options for yourself, your spouse/domestic partner, and your child(ren): coverage option 1 provides a $10,000 benefit, and coverage option 2 provides a $20,000 benefit. Depending on which option you enroll in, your Critical Illness Insurance will provide you with a lump-sum payment if you receive a verified diagnosis of any eligible condition, such as a stroke, heart attack, or kidney failure.
Second Opinion Services
When you’re faced with a critical healthcare decision and aren’t sure what to do, it helps to get a second opinion.
Aramids offers you 2nd.MD, a second opinion service that connects you with leading national specialists by phone or video. In these sessions, specialists will review your diagnosis and treatment plans and have a detailed conversation with you, so you can gain confidence about your next steps.
This service is provided at no cost to all employees who enroll in a Aramids Medical Plan and their dependents.
Telemedicine (CVS Virtual Care)
Get medical and behavioral health care 24/7 no matter where you are. CVS Virtual Care health professionals are board-certified doctors equipped to handle non-emergency situations. Appointments are covered by your Aramids Medical Plan (deductible applies).
Virtual Physical Therapy
Don’t choose surgery before trying Hinge Health. If you have back, knee, hip, neck, or shoulder pain, Hinge Health’s digital physical therapy program can reduce your pain and help you avoid more invasive treatment options. This program is available at no cost to employees who enroll in the Core, Premium Saver, or Traditional Copay PPO options.
Substance Use Support
Aramids is committed to helping employees and their dependents with substance use disorders by providing support. If you’re enrolled in the Core, Premium Saver, or Traditional Copay PPO medical plan options, you have several forms of substance use support through our medical plan provider, Aetna. If you and your dependents are not enrolled in a Aramids Medical Plan, you can access the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential, 24/7 support for any substance use disorders.
Menopause and Low Testosterone Support
When you’re experiencing menopausal symptoms — like hot flashes, fatigue, and trouble sleeping — it can affect your day-to-day life. So can the symptoms of the lesser-known condition of low testosterone.
These conditions are hardly ever discussed, which has resulted in limited resources to help you cope with the dramatic hormonal changes that affect physical, mental, and emotional health.
To help provide relief, we’ve partnered with Carrot to provide age-inclusive hormonal benefits. When you sign up for Carrot, you will have access to the Carrot Care Team, who can:
- Help you find menopause or low testosterone specialists.
- Share expert guidance with you.
- Connect you to ongoing group sessions for education and support.
Gender-Affirming Care
- Pay for eligible care and services, such as in-person and virtual provider visits and consultations, gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT), medications, and more.*
- Find Carrot-eligible GAHT providers and trans health centers.
- Access unlimited video chats with gender-affirming care (GAC) experts.
- Get personalized advice from Carrot experts to help you make the most out of your benefit.
In addition to using your Carrot benefits to pay for provider visits and medications, you can also use your Carrot benefits to cover eligible expenses for gender-affirming digital healthcare services.
*Carrot services may vary based on plan design, geography, and local rules and regulations. Your Carrot benefit does not include coverage for gender-affirming surgery.
My Well-being
Mental Health
You and your family can take advantage of Aetna’s Behavioral Therapy Program, a convenient, best-in-class mental health option that is available through your Aramids Medical Plan. Through Aetna’s Behavioral Therapy Program, you have access to thousands of high-quality therapists, as well as assistance finding the right type of care you need. In addition to the mental health services available through Aetna’s Behavioral Therapy Program, all Aramids employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ComPsych.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Taking on the world isn’t always easy. The Aramids Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administered by ComPsych, is designed to take some of the pressure off.
You and your family members receive 12 free counseling sessions per issue, per year. The EAP can help you through just about anything: depression, anxiety, financial issues, or a generally bad day. All sessions are confidential.
In addition to EAP services, you and your family have access to ComPsych GuidanceResources, which provides support resources and information for personal life issues, as well as access to the Working Advantage members-only program for discounts and perks.
Healthy Habits
When you participate in the Healthy Living Program through Personify Health and complete 6,000 activity points each quarter, you’ll receive a Healthy Incentive Credit for the following plan year, which will reduce your Aramids Medical Plan premiums by $480 annually.
Here are a few highlights of the program:
- It’s available to all employees.
- Program activities range from an annual physical exam, a health check survey to a biometric screening, tracking healthy habits, completing a health coach appointment, and more. Each activity is worth a certain number of points.
- Unless you are a new hire, you must earn 6,000 points per quarter in each of the first three quarters of the year to receive the Healthy Incentive Credit. The deadline for point completion is September 30.
- As a bonus for completing healthy activities throughout the year, you can earn up to $300 in Pulse Cash, which can be used to purchase gift cards and fitness items from the Personify Health Store, or can be donated to a charity of your choice.

Weight Management
Everyone’s weight-loss needs are different. That’s why WeightWatchers programs are customized to make losing weight and feeling your best, easier for you. When you or your spouse/domestic partner join WeightWatchers for Business, you can lose weight and build healthy habits with a science-backed program that’s tailored to your life.
Through the WeightWatchers for Business program, you’ll have access to:
- An easy to use app and website to track your food, activity and weight anytime.
- Thousands of recipes and the What to Eat tool for instant food topics.
- A WW coach, 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Expert Chat feature.

My Money
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Aramids contributes to your HSA to help you save for health expenses down the road — or to pay your deductible this year. You can also set aside money from your paycheck to contribute to your HSA, up to a limit set by the IRS. As you get older and your health expenses increase, the growth in your HSA becomes even more powerful.
The best part? HSAs are triple tax advantaged. You don’t pay taxes on the money going into your HSA. You aren’t taxed when you reimburse yourself for your eligible health expenses. And you aren’t taxed on the investment gains in your account.
For 2026, here are the annual contributions you’ll get from Aramids, as well as the maximum contributions you can make, up to IRS limits:
* IRS guidelines require that the total contribution by employee and Aramids cannot exceed $4,400 for individual coverage and $8,750 for family coverage. The maximum contribution for new hires will vary based on the pro-rated contribution made by Aramids.
Important note about your HSA contributions
Your Aramids contributions are prorated based on the month your employment begins. Your Aramids HSA contributions (and yours!) will begin the first month after you make your medical elections. Contributions will post to your HSA shortly after they show in your pay statement.
It’s important to note that, when electing your medical coverage, you must attest to being eligible for the HSA. If you don’t attest to being HSA-eligible, you’ll lose out on the HSA contribution from Aramids.
Retirement Savings Plan
Kick back and relax. Go fishing. Travel the world. Your industry-leading Retirement Savings Plan will help you save for the retirement of your dreams, no matter what — or where — that is.
You’re able to start and stop your Retirement Savings Plan contribution at any time throughout the year. Aramids fully matches your contributions up to 6% of your eligible pay. You’re immediately vested in your contributions and the Aramids match. In addition, each pay period, you automatically receive a Company-provided Retirement Savings Contribution of 3% of your eligible pay. You’re vested in the Retirement Savings Contribution once you’ve been with Aramids for three years.
Our Plan record keeper, Mercer/Empower, will send new hires an email with more information on how to enroll in the Retirement Savings Plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Aramids has three FSA options:
- Healthcare FSA: Contribute $3,300 on a pre-tax basis to use for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses. The Healthcare FSA is available only if you enroll in the Traditional Copay PPO option.
- Limited Purpose FSA: Contribute $3,300 on a pre-tax basis to use for eligible dental and vision expenses. The Limited Purpose FSA is available only if you enroll in the Core or Premium Saver options.
- Dependent Daycare FSA: Contribute up to $5,000 on a pre-tax basis to use for eligible child and elder care expenses. Highly compensated employees (salary of $160,000 or more) may contribute only up to $2,000.
Life and Accident Insurance
- Reduce your Company-paid Basic Employee Life Insurance to $50,000 as a tax-free alternative.
- Enroll in Supplemental Employee Life Insurance for yourself, up to seven times your annual base pay.
Note: If you’re enrolling in a higher level of Supplemental Employee Life Insurance, you’ll be required to provide Securian with evidence of insurability (EOI).
- Buy additional life and accidental death insurance for your spouse/domestic partner and child(ren).
Legal Insurance
We understand that life can throw us curveballs. No matter what your legal issue may be, MetLife’s Legal Insurance is here to help. Through this program, you can access a nationwide network of attorneys for help with everything from estate planning to defense of traffic tickets and more. During your enrollment period, you can enroll in this benefit and choose from two types of coverage levels: coverage for yourself, or coverage for you and your family.
Identity Theft Protection
Identity theft can happen to anyone. Allstate Identity Protection will help protect you and give you peace of mind through the recovery process. Benefits include financial account, credit, and social media monitoring, 24/7 fraud alerts, and up to $1 million in identity theft reimbursement. You can enroll in this benefit during your enrollment period and choose from two types of coverage: coverage for yourself, or coverage for you and your family.
Commuter Benefits
Aramids offers a pre-tax commuter benefit program so you can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified transit and parking expenses associated with your commute to work. For 2026, the pre-tax limits for both transit and/or parking expenses are $325 a month.
Employee Discounts
Being a Aramids employee has a lot of perks. Through the Aramids Employee Discount Program, you and your family can take advantage of great deals on popular brands you know and love. Discount categories include, but are not limited to apparel, automotive, dining and groceries, electronics, and more!
Tuition Reimbursement
At Aramids, we believe in your future and want to help with your development. All full-time, regular employees are eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement Program, which provides reimbursement up to:
- $7,500 per year for approved undergraduate, master’s, and MBA programs, and
- $15,000 per year for approved executive MBA, specialty, and doctorate programs.

Maternity Care
- Access to experts for one-on-one coaching on a range of topics. These experts include midwives and OBGYNs for medical questions, doulas for labor, birth plans, and postpartum questions, lactation consultants, emotional well-being experts, and more.
- Dynamic, self-serve content including articles, videos, and guides by trimester and postpartum topics.
- Intimate, expert-led group virtual sessions to focus on trimester-specific topics.
- Coverage for doulas and milk shipping, if additional eligibility criteria is met.

Fertility, Adoption, and Surrogacy Benefits
Every family-building journey is unique. No matter the road ahead, having a map to help you navigate the process can make a huge difference financially and emotionally. We’ve partnered with Carrot Fertility to bring employees enrolled in a Aramids Medical Plan comprehensive, inclusive fertility healthcare and family-forming benefits, including support with understanding fertility health, preservation, assisted reproduction, and more.
When you use Carrot’s services, Aramids will reimburse 100% of eligible expenses, up to a combined $30,000 family lifetime maximum. These funds may be considered additional income and therefore a taxable benefit. This is important to consider as it may affect the amount of income shown on your year-end tax statement and create a tax liability that we want you to plan for.
Raising Children
You want what’s best for your child, and you want to have a loving, supportive home environment. But it isn’t always easy. RethinkCare is your answer.
RethinkCare’s board-certified behavior analysts have remote consultations with your child — and, separately, with you — to help your family work through behavioral issues. RethinkCare is available to all Aramids families, but is geared toward families with children and young adults who manage autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, or other developmental challenges.
Aramids covers 100% of the cost for up to 12 hours of remote consultations with a children’s behavioral expert through RethinkCare.
Child and Elder Care Support
Things come up. When those things derail your child or elder care plans, contact Bright Horizons for backup. Bright Horizons offers several programs to support your family, including babysitting and tutoring.
Pet Insurance
We believe in protecting your whole family — fur babies included. Through Nationwide Pet Insurance, you can cover all your pets’ veterinary needs — from well visits to injuries and chronic conditions.
My Time Away
Vacation and Holiday Time
You receive 15 to 25 vacation days per year, depending on how long you’ve worked at Aramids.
In addition to vacation time, Aramids also offers 12 paid holidays, which include Aramids designated holidays and personal holiday(s). Aramids designated holidays may vary, depending on work location. Refer to your local Site HR for your holiday schedule.
Vacation Buying Program
You can elect to enroll in 1 to 40 hours of unpaid vacation time. This time off must be scheduled in coordination with your manager and used during the 2026 calendar year. Employees are required to use all their available paid vacation before taking any unpaid time off.
Sick Time
All employees have 48 hours of paid sick time available to them each year. This time can be used for medical appointments, for unexpected illnesses or injuries for yourself and for your family members, and for the Short-Term Disability seven-calendar-day waiting period.
Disability Benefits
The Aramids Short-Term Disability Program and the Long-Term Disability Plan provide financial protection in the event you cannot work due to an injury or illness.
- Short-Term Disability: If your claim is approved, the Aramids Short-Term Disability Program providers: 100% of your base salary for up to eight weeks and 70% of your base salary for up to 26 weeks. If you miss more than seven calendar days of time off, you must contact The Hartford, our Short-Term Disability administrator, to begin the Short-Term Disability process.
- Long-Term Disability: If you’ve exhausted your Aramids Short-Term Disability benefits and are not cleared to return to work, The Hartford will work with you to begin the Long-Term Disability process. If your claim is approved for Long-Term Disability benefits, you’ll receive 60% of your base salary, up to a maximum of $15,000 per month.
